The territory of Garciaz is located on the made uneven block of Pedro Gómez,in the dividing one of waters between the rivers Tajo and Guadiana, included/understood in the unit that has received the name of Mountain range of Guadalupe. The block is dissected by the Garciaz rivers and the Hornilla, that take their waters towards the Tajo river, through the Almonte. All the space is a lateral plain between two mountains towards the north, of slate carved smooth hills of an elevated fragment of the precámbrica penillanura. The height on the surrounding territory, the altitude, the direction and the materials, conforms a set of explanatory causes of the aptitudes of the land and the climatic and biogeográficas characteristics. In their municipal term, rest that could correspond to a Roman villa and in whose environs exist visigoda, of which still a sanctuary with rectangular head covered with a vault stays still on with average tube of horseshoe, and crossed with a marble molding was constructed to a time church later.
